About SITCA Productions

SITCA's facilities are located on Samui Island in the Gulf of Thailand. Trading under the umbrella of internationally respected Samui Institute of Thai Culinary Arts, our video production arm provides services and equipment to filmmakers and videographers in addition to producing our own instructional, documentary and promotional DVDs. SITCA was co-founded by Martin Amada who is originally from the New York area. He began residing in Thailand in 1995 after 5 years living in France. A former actor turned screenwriter and filmmaker, he is fluent in Thai and French, speaks Spanish, and some German and Italian.

He attended the American Film Institute's Center for Advanced Film Studies in Los Angeles, California, has appeared in French television, and was in the feature film "Tomorrow never dies."
